Right of Withdrawal
This notice on the right of withdrawal applies to consumers habitually resident in the European Union who are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the consumer law of their country of residence.
Special note on the right of withdrawal
The Customs Portal Companion is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. With your express consent, access is unlocked immediately after payment is confirmed.
Once access is unlocked, your right of withdrawal expires. You give your express consent to the immediate start and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal before submitting your order, by ticking the corresponding box in the order form.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Urs Zimmermann, Klybeckstr. 141, 4057 Basel, Switzerland, email: info@eori-beantragen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this refund.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to that point.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
